One of these addresses is a long haul for us. You can finish your booking and nothing will be charged. We'll review it and get back to you within 24 hours on weekdays, or 48 hours on weekends, with a yes or no and the delivery cost.

Deliveries and pickups: weekday evenings and weekends, in two-hour windows. We confirm your window when we confirm the booking.

How do we reach you?

Booking for someone else, like your student? Give us the number of the person who will meet us. We call it on delivery day.

Stairs, gate code, where to leave the totes if you're not home.

Quick ID check before delivery. Orders this size include a two-minute ID check after payment: a government ID and a selfie on your phone, run by Stripe. We confirm your delivery once it passes.

Large order. We'll confirm availability within a few hours and send you a payment link. Nothing is charged today.

Next you'll pay on Stripe's secure page with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Sales tax is finalized there. Your refundable deposit is charged with the rental and refunded to the same card when the totes come back in good condition. By paying, you agree to the rental agreement.
