How tote rental works

We deliver. You pack and move. We pick up.

Four steps, two weeks, zero cardboard. Here's exactly what happens after you book.

  1. Step 1 · Day 0

    Book online.

    Pick a package and a delivery date at least 7 days out. Need totes sooner? Contact us. Pickup is set 14 days later automatically. You get a confirmation by email.

  2. Step 2 · Delivery day

    We deliver.

    Two-hour windows, weekday evenings and weekends. Totes arrive clean and stacked, with labels, zip ties, and dollies. You don't have to be home if there's a covered spot.

  3. Step 3 · Your 2 weeks

    Pack, move, unpack.

    Totes stay at the two addresses on your booking. Need more time? Add a week from your confirmation.

  4. Step 4 · Day 14

    We pick up.

    Empty the totes, stack them, and we grab them from the new place.

The rules

Short list. They keep the totes clean for the next family and your deposit whole.

  • No liquids or food residue.
  • Wipe them out before return.
  • Don't write on the totes. Use the labels.
  • Don't overload. 50 lb max per tote.
  • Totes stay at the two addresses on your booking.
