Student move questions
How many totes does a dorm room take?
Most dorm rooms fit in 15 to 20 totes. Our Dorm / Studio package is 15 totes and a dolly for $119. A shared apartment bedroom plus your share of the kitchen is closer to the 1 Bedroom package at 25 totes.
Can you deliver to a dorm or student apartment?
Yes. We bring the totes to your building. Tell us about move-in time slots, loading zones and elevators in the booking notes so we arrive at the right time.
Can I keep the totes over the summer?
Packages are two weeks, and you can add up to 4 extra weeks. For a whole summer, totes are not the cheapest storage: use them to move into a storage unit, then again to move out in August.
Can a parent book and pay?
Yes. Whoever books gets the confirmation and the account. Put the student's mobile number in the on-site contact field so we can reach them on delivery day.
When should we book for move-in week?
As early as you can. Late August and early May are the busiest weeks of our year, and open dates go quickly. The booking calendar shows what is left.
