Time
Fifty-five boxes take about an hour to fold and tape and another hour to break down. Totes arrive assembled with the lids on. Packing itself is about the same; the two hours of box handling are what you get back. Loading is faster too: full totes stack four high on the dolly, so a stack rolls to the car in one trip instead of four carries.
Waste
