Do you rent moving crates for office moves in Rochester?
Yes. We have three office packages, from 30 totes for 5 to 10 desks up to 100 totes for 20 to 40 desks. Every package includes dollies, labels, zip ties, delivery and pickup.
How many crates does an office need?
Plan on 3 to 5 totes per desk, more for anyone with paper files. Add totes for the kitchen, supply room and IT closet. If you run short, extra totes are $4 each.
Can you deliver after hours or on a weekend?
Yes. We deliver weekday evenings and weekends, which suits most office moves. Tell us about loading docks, elevators and building access when you book.
Are the crates secure for files and equipment?
The lids are attached and interlock shut, and each tote takes a zip tie through the lid, so you can tell if one has been opened. Keep each one under 50 pounds.
We need more than 100 totes. Can you do that?
